Need to supress messages for a while

I'm subscribed to many forums here and I receive emails as people post questions. But I'd like to disable all notifications without having to unsubscribe from all the forums. Is there a way to do that here? I can't seem to find it in my profile. I need to disable messages for about 6 months.Thanks.

The other alternative is to change you e-mail address in Profile > Options.
So the notifications will be sent, but simply not received.

I wasn't worried about being dropped from the site. I just didn't want a ton of email filling up my inbox when I won't have a chance to check for a few months. Plus I didn't want to go through the hasstle of unsubscribing from all forums.

I might miss some important sysadmin messages though which are ok to receive. I'm surprised there's no provision for a temporary hold on sending forum post messages other than to delete my subscriptions. I suppose I can recreate them later.

Hehe...ok, I've unsubscribed from the forums. I'll be back in Sep.
