is the site really free

So many sites claim you work with no fees, then they hook you up with monthly fees, and a charge in the beginning. I am looking for something that is really is free to start. I am a single mom struggling to make ends meet with the current economy. I really do need something with no charges. So I can make money, if a small percentage was withheld, I might consider, that. But, I can's afford the monthly amounts most companies are asking. Can you help?

AMHD charges no fees for participation. Though there is provision to voluntarily compensate a volunteer if you appreciate their assistance.
