J-9 did a better job than I but Ialready typed my answer so here goes. Billy, When you answer someone elses question your answer can be rated,see below my answer. Not only the person who asked the question can rate you but any reader. Much of the time you will only be rated 10-15% of the time for your answer. Don't know why its that low but this is what I've seen and experienced

This is just a slight clarification. You get a green square below your name after you get your first positive review. Once you have 100 points you get a second square and at 200 points you get a third square and so on. J_9 is starting to look like a Christmas tree with 7 greenies. Great job!
