Making a Referral

How does one make a referral to someone else on this site who may be more qualified to answer specific questions?

Either that or simply send them the address of the post in question, than all they have to do is register.

Thank you for your answer. Before asking the question, I tried to go to the FAQ's from here: http://www.askmehelpdesk.com/forum-h...-site-b-u.html

Got the following response: "Invalid FAQ Item specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the webmaster" On the following link: http://www.askmehelpdesk.com/faq.php...faq?faq=vb_faq

I tried to contact the Webmaster and basically got the same message.
