How to create a sub topic

Hi There:

I want to ask a question related to travel agent fraud. I found the topic "travel" under arts and leisure but don't find any fraud related sub topic. Can I create a new one? How? Thanks

If this is related to a legal issue, fraud, then the law boards would be a better place to post it.

To answer the other part of your question YOU can't simply create a new sub-topic, otherwise the site would soon be a mess.

Thank you very much for clarifying. I am currently so stressed due to a probable fraud. Just to brief, 5 days before I paid a travel agent full amount for an international ticket, I am yet to get the ticket that he booked right in front of me and told me the the ticket would be issued next day and I would get a link. I waited for couple of days. Yesterday when I checked with the airlines I realized that the ticket was cancelled by the airlines as no one has purchased yet. Today when I went to their office, I saw the office was closed. I called all three of their telephone numbers, no response. Tomorrow again I would go their and see. My question is what is a good place to post this "Travel" or Legal". Thanks

Sounds like a legal issue.

And when in doubt, post it where ever you think is best, if after review we beleive it should be somewhere else, we just move it anyway.
