i am new to this site , i would like to know how to create forum

What is the subject area in which you want to create a forum?

If you want to create a new question or discussion, then you click on the following link and pick your topic. Please click on the topic area that you want. Then, look at the upper left-hand corner of the page. Then you click on the orange rectangles as to what you want to do.
