When you hit reply - or ask a question - there's a bunch of them that you can click on to include in the post

Is that what you mean?

I'm using the old interface and you have to click on "Go Advanced" to see the smilies.

What do you mean by that you are using the "old interface?"

Yeah Ben I think there from SmileyCentral. But just don't know how to attach them. The ones you can use directly from this site are ok but Chery's ones are animated so a little more fun I think.

I looked for emoticons to apply a little zip to my mail and realized that I could use them on here as well. The only PC I can use them on is my Sony Viao laptop and the Internet Explorer. When I use Firefox on my Sony, the option is not in the toolbars.
And now on this new Lenova Thinkpad Laptop, neither IE or Firefox allow installation from Smiley Central (from Websearch.com) - such high security it makes me sick. I never had spyware or malware problems on any of my PCs because I had them protected.
I use Cyberdefender freeware to most of my PCs, but now I have to find one that is compatible with vista. I do have norton internet security, but don't like it that much any more - the older versions were easier and did not take up as much space and control. Got any ideas on what I could use with Vista that's free? I still don't get retirement and welfare sucks. I used to not have to worry about money and now I'm forced to turn each penny twice before spending it. Aaaargh....
