Wanting a time of death

My brother was found dead in his apartment and although we have the Autopsy report and have talked to the Coroner and Police who found him, we are yet to get an approximate time of death.

If anyone can assist in estimating a time/day of death it would be appreciated.

He was found at 2:30pm in mid December in his apartment in Hollywood California - 4 days after last known contact with anyone.

Scene recording are as follows -

Ambient Temp 72 at 16:15pm
Water Temp 72 at 16:19pm
Liver Temp 89 at 16:24pm

Supine & Nude in a bath of 6 inches of water.
Extreme rigor throughout and difficult to break.
Congested eyes.
Dark Blanching when pressed - lividity not set.

On a side note, in my opinion the autopsy was conducted very carelessly with incorrect recordings of my brothers physical attributes such as his height being stated as 8 inches shorter than his 6'2" - that he was uncircumcised when he was.

First reports and evidence determined that it was an overdose however all tox reports for drugs, meds and alcohol came back negative.

Although it appears we will never know the cause of death, any assistance as to his time or date of death would be a comfort.

Thanks, Monica
