Can fingerprints be lifted off sleek plastic and transferred to another object?

I have been experiencing harassment by a group of individuals. I would like to know if there is a science where finger prints could be removed from slick plastic and transferred to another object?

If I leave a fingerprint on a credit card ("sleek plastic"), there are several ways to lift the print off and transfer it.

What is going on? Please describe more about your situation.
