going out for football

hey guys

im a freshman in high school and next year in my sophmore year i want to go out for JV football. My problem is that i dont have much history with footbal. i mean i know the rules but i really havent played much of it in my life. I have muscle and tone but im not that big or that fast, and i really dont know what position i should go out for.

so can somebody hint me on a position that fits for me?
