Ok im 14 alomst 15 im play highschool football. Im 5 4 and right now im 135 lbs. I have been lifting since last summer and can and my power ratio is 1.45 avrage. The team put me as a line man and i was one of the best but are team kinda sucked. As samll as I am I hate lineman and want to be a line backer. My 20 yard dash was 2.81 seconds and i drink a protien shake every day i lift on mondays wedndays and fridays in the morning and the other days run and agiltys and wrestle
in the afternoon i lift every other day from mon to fri and every week it switches. Now my question is what do i need to do to impress my coaches being as small as i am to be a line back or runing back
