Wine making mistake

I started making wine from a kit about 15 days ago. Everything was going fine until about 1/3 of it spilled while siphoning it to a secondary fermentor. If I continue to make the wine will it spoil because there is too much air in the carboy? Does anyone else have any other suggestions to finish the other 2/3rd without wasting it?
