I use Italian Dressing, marinate it for at least 1 hr in the fridge, works great for chicken too.

I like to marinate steaks in diet coke. Just pour the diet coke over the streaks so they are completely covered (about a liter). This imparts no taste but really creates fork tender steaks. I like to let them marinate over night in the fridge.
