Red wine that has been frozen

Hi, My basement flooded and my wine cooler shorted out and froze my collection of fine red wines. My insurance company would like something in writing regarding the effects this has on red wine. Can anyone help? He obviously knows NOTHING about wine.
Thanks, Savyork
