Hello kumarpankaj78. I have had this style of Tibetan-styled steamed bread in the past and absolutely loved it. I have personally never found a recipe for the way it was prepared but I will do some searching.
I made a call to Anyetsangs Little Tibet Restaurant to see if they could explain how they create their Tibetan Temo bread. Basically they use a traditional Tibetan recipe but perform an artful technique (fluffing) in creating a roll like steamed bread.
