How many grams of fiber is recommended for a 2500 kcal diet?

Daily requirements are generally based on a 2000-2200 calorie diet and it is generally recommended that: There is a small variances in all diets, but not that much, in what your speaking of.

women 19-50 have 25 Grams fiber per day ---- Men- 38 grams
50 + have 30 Grams fiber per day ----- 30 grams
