How Much Lecithin?
Hi, I am trying to pull together a food recipe that includes Soy sauce and vegetable oil. I want to blend it and don't want it to separate. From what I understand, Lecithin will act as an emulsifier. So, if I have one cup or vegetable oil and one cup of Soy, how much liquid or dry lecithin do I need?
