Roast your turkey breast side down, thsi will allow the juices to flow into the breast (normally not the juiciest part). Flip the bird for the last 30 minutes (uncovered) to brown the breast. I guarantee is done correctly you will have a very, very happy family.

Have you tried brining your turkey. It's a great way to make it very juicy. The best recipe I have found is on www.foodnetwork.com look for the Good Eats Roast Turkey recipe. I have been making it for the past 2 years with rave reviews. I have even converted my mother in law to this recipe.
