This is absolutely the best I have come accross, pasted down for quite a while and everyone who tastes it, thinks it is the best and are dying for the recipe, they are also surprised it's not more gormet.

*dash onion salt/dash celery salt/pepper/salt/flour
*2 cups macaroni store bought/or home made (I make my own when I have the time)
*1 cup Velveeta cheese (yes Velveeta, it's really good for this)
*1 1/2 cups milk
*1 stick of butter

*Melt butter in saucepan add 2 Tbls flour till smooth
*add milk and add cheese until all mixes together (don't burn)
*add onion salt, celery salt and salt and pepper to taste (you might want to use onion power or celery without the salt.

Pour over cooked macaroni and stir around. Bake at 350' for 30 minutes.

I sometimes add other cheeses also and lessen the Velveeta, but it is always great.

my mom's recipe is good. 1lb elbow mac cooked. then in microwave bowl put 1/2 the big block of velveta cheese, 1/2 stick of butter, a decent squirt of spicy brown mustard, salt , pepper and a bit of shredded cheddar or american whatever you may have. then pour in milk almost to the top of the cheese. melt in microwave in 3 min or until the job is done. pour mac into large 13-9 pan cover with liquid cheese and cover with more cheese on top shredded or sliced whichever. bake on 350 for 40 min. it's the best!

Once I made a box of the store stuff using buttermilk instead of regular milk. OMG! That is so good. I've used cream too, sometimes make it from scratch. Buttermilk!

I always just buy store bought mac and cheese and add onion powder in it. it gives it so much flavor!
You can also make a casserole by baking mac and cheese with tater tots on the top.
Another thing I do is eat plain mac and cheese with salsa.

I make what we call Mac and cheese medley. It's the only thing that everyone in my family loves.

Mac and cheese, of course.

Ground beef, fried to a golden brown.
Spaghetti sauce, just enough to coat it.
Seasonings, whatever you like.

Add them together and voila.

It's really nummy.

I saw something at a restaurant once that was Mac and cheese PIZZA! that's right! They made a pizza dough and put cooked mac and cheese on top, and also sprinkled some munster cheese or something like that on the top, just enough to get a thin layer of it on top of the pizza and it was SO good! I want more!
