Cooking king crab legs

Are all frozen crab legs pre cooked? If not how can you tell the difference?

you can tell the difference because when you buy them they are pink. Lobster and crab and other shellfish are green or brown live, but after cooking, pink. I dont think you can buy any shellfish fresh frozen because they would not be safe to eat when thawed and cooked.
