I made soup but i forgot to peel my carrots.

Did you clean the carrots first? Wash with water and scrub them? If so, you should be okay.

Yes, i washed the carrots,

Oh okay.. i was afraid to eat it because the carrots still look...like thye have dirt on them but maybe tis color of skin ?

Could be just the color of the skin. Once you taste one of the carrots and if it tastes okay to you, it should be allright. It is something I would not worry about. Perhaps, though, someone else will voice another opinion.

Hehehehehe you will be fine seeing at the soup will have been cooked at a higher temp than the bacteria can live, i wouldnt even worry about it enjoy your soup.
