| If you're really determined to make an apple smoothie from scratch, I can't see why you would want to but...
You can grate it, add the grated apple and any other ingredients you have already 'mashed' up together in a jar, add skimmed milk, replace the lid and shake and shake, and if your arm doesn't drop off, your smoothie is ready to drink.
Personally I would rather pop down Asdas. |
