| why ur not. simple u dont no how to train.3 times a week does not mean . trust me listen to my advice and u should be on ur way to growth. heavy compuond exersices with low repsput the most mass on u.oh ya by the way.....SQUAT. u dont do it and u simply wont grow. now eat 1-2 grams of protien per pound u wiegh and 4 carbs per pound. 20 cals per pound. eat every2-3 hours. eat protien with sugar carbs right after u train train under 50 mins. urnew split should be this. day 1;biceps,triceps and forarms day 2;quads hams calves lower back,day 3;rest, day 4;chest lats delts traps followed by 2 days of rest then repeat. do 6 sets for biceps 9 fore triceps, 4 for forarms, 10 for quads,7for hams,6 for calves and 5 sets of deadlifts for ur lowerback,10 sets for chest 10 sets for lats and 9 for delts and 4 for traps. there u go no get ur of the computer and lift. |
