    What's wrong with my stomach
    I have very bad eating habits. I work a lot and work a very physical job. I don't get a long break at work so I usually don't eat all day. Then at night when I come home I eat a lot then go to sleep not long afterwards. I noticed that the next morning I wake up with very bad stomach pains and I don't even want eat or think about food. I'm a heavy smoker and drink a lot of caffine. I usually drink 2 energy drinks a day so I can have energy cause my jobs so physical and I don't really get to eat. I ve lost a lot of weight, but noticed my stomach is very bloated often. Especially when I wake up. Its like I'm losing weight everywhere but my stomach. I don't likr to take my shirt off cause I think I look weird now. Cuase I have a very skinny body but a bloated stomach. By the way I'm 5' 10 150. Please tell me why this keeps happening. I thought my stomach would flatten out with the weigh lose but it's the only area that doesn't seem to get skinnier everything else does.

    The answers are all in your question. First, it is not worth any job if it is taking so much out of your health. I had to quit one of my jobs just because it took so much out of my health physically and mentally, also we got a 30 minute lunch break which I was always rushed into eating. 30 minute break is not bad, but when you are rushed into eating and taking care of yourself, I consider that a problem.

    You should be eating small meals throughout the day to keep you feeling healthy and giving you energy. Energy drinks are OK, but should never be a subsitute for food.

    Here is another problem. Not eating all day and then eating so much at night. People have done experienments with this eating habit in which it causes stomach upset all day the next day. When you eat at night right before bed and lay down to sleep, it's harder for your food to digest and get through your system. It will also make you not hungry the next day. It's called breakfast for a reason. You are fasting all night long and then you break the fast in the morning by eating a meal.

    My advice: If your work is really making you struggle with your health, it is not worth it, not even the money. Find work somewhere else where you can take care of yourself and respect yourself. Put yourself above any work. Eat small meals throughout the day, bananas, peaches, granola bars, protein bars. Cut the caffiene. Caffiene will give your stomach upsets a lot worse becasically because you are not eating and taking in caffiene.
    Make sure you get enough sleep and drink a lot of water throughout the day since you are not eating at all. Drink juice as well so you are getting some nutrients. I take it you are probably constipated. Try using a stool softner and drinking a lot of water/juice to get your system back on track. If you can supplement with fiber and probiotics. You can get this at Vitamin Shoppe or Walmart. Take care of yourself.
