It would be better to do your jogging or running after dinner, like 30 to 1 hour after. Make sure you worm up your muscles first by jogging on the spot or even doing a few jumping jacks. then do a detailed stretch as well so you will prevent any injury from pulled muscles or cramps. And if you wont to lose some stomach weight you will by jogging and eating right. It would work allot better if you worked your lower abs. It will be hard but stick with it. Oh keep in mind if you are just start jogging or running it would be beneficial for you to go gat running shoes made for running. And only use them for that purpose. I hope I was a help.

Have a look at this. This link well lead you in the right direction.
Lower Ab Workout
It saves me time getting you a link rather then writing it all out for you. You only have to do this 30 min a day. Add it to your jogging or running and believe you me you will see results. Don't forget that you only get what you wont from what you put into it. It will be hard but stay with it. I feel like Richard Simmons. lol. Anyways tell me how you make out.

topladyj agrees: This really is a great exercise and not to hard either. I have been doing it for years. They actually taught us this in womans p.e. I just never knew the name of it.

When you want to lose weight, running or jogging is a good start, try working up to a mile, 4-5 times a week, also work in other activities, you need to work the entire body to lose weight, like weights/resistance training, swimming, threadmill, aerobics, 30-60 minutes worth 3-4 times a week. Along with heathy food choices in the right portion, you should see results soon.
