HOw to look like a model but not eat like one?????

I am 5'4 & weigh 120- but would like to weigh 105-110lbs ...i have model friends and they take pills to suppress their appetites...!! Another girl I know (who looks amazing) suggest for me to drink lots of coffee and eat once a day....Crazy advise but this is the only way i have found to stay thin.....I hate that my weight goes up and down back to 110-125lbs....I would like to know how i can maintain a healthy diet but still remain thin...I have read the SouthBeach diet and yes, it is good but....i run out of ideas for food to eat....
any suggestions on how to look like a model but not eat like one...?

Have you tried cutting out fast food from your diet, drinking mainly water (up to eight glasses a day), eating five portions of fruit and veg a day, exercising (nothing too stressful maybe walking or swimming?)? This way you maintain the weight you want without looking ragged like all these dieting people do and also be healthy with it. It is hard work but once you get used to it there's usually no need to stop.

Do you work out? Exercising is a great way to get in shape and feel good about yourself! I agree about trying to cut out fast food. My sister was trying to lose weight, and her doctor said that soda is one of the worst things to drink when you're trying to get thinner.

On a second note, people are "built" differently. I think 5'4" 120 pounds is a pretty healthy weight.
