| Get an objective friend to take a look and see if it's as bad as you think. Most people focus on some bodypart and think they are much worse than they are. Very few women are happy to display their tummy after having children.
Make sure you are getting lots of healthy fats, particularly Omega 3. Get a good pregnancy/anti-scar cream and use it.
Make sure your tummy issue is skin only. If you have excess bodyfat, try to lose it. |
