ok u cant lose fat in 1 part of ur body or called spot reduction. it just dont work that way. well there is liposuction. cardio for 30-45 mins 5 days a week plus a weightlifting program that trains each muscle no more then 2 times a week should do it. eat 15 calories per pound u weigh. 1 gram of protien per pound u weigh and 3 grams of carbs per pound u weigh. avoid sugary ones.also eat often to increase metabolism.if u have trouble with onctroled or over eating then do this. i use this when im cuting for a show. eat alot of celary before your meals. it will fill u up with no added calories which is what u want while cuting.
