| First of all, at your age you really need to be careful about your amount of protein intake, such as shakes and bars, and the combination of the two. At 15 years you should be getting enough protein in your diet instead of relying on these supplements. As stated in a previous post, too much protein intake can result in Adult Onset Diabetes.
The protein bar I know best of is the Cliff Bar. BUT PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF YOUR PROTEIN INTAKE!!!!!! Too much is very dangerous!! Just like everything else you must use it in moderation. |
