Okay -- Swimming.

This really isn't a question.

I joined swim team because I like to swim, I am not thin, but definitely not fat. I have gotten so well toned and built in upper arms/calves/shoulders.

This is after about 2 weeks, and the season is another 3 months. I suggest if you want a workout to really help you get fit, it's swimming, but if you can think of a better exercise I want to know, because I want to get even more fit FOR swimming so I can last longer, maybe what you do for endurance training?

Exercise for endurance

Hi,
I use to be quite a swimmer myself, years and years ago! Had the Red Cross badge for Life Saving, and was a Life Saver at a public pool, also with a county; for the Gulf Coast area.
Running, not jogging, is also a great endurance excercise, cause the more you can run, the more you build up your heart and breathing to go further.
Best of luck.
