| Well you can start by looking at your diet. What your eating and how much of it. Cut out the chips and sodas, and cut back on portion size. There are a million sites you can go to that can show you what to eat and how to eat more healthy. Losing weight is hard and you cant work at it one day and not the next. If you have a local gym join it. They will have someone there that can help you with working out. If your back hurts maybe they can show you the proper way to work out or something to strenghthen your back muscles. Its hard but you can do it. You can do anything you want to do. |
