My Knee feels swollen looks normal, does not hurt except tightens as it bends, no problem running or walking or standing. Swollen feeling reduces after days of rest and returns with every workout( mostly running )

Running can be rough on your knees. I had pain in mine from running. My doctor checked them out, and said that he didn't see anything wrong with them. He said it was probably just the running and the shoes I was wearing. I switched to swimming instead, since it is easier on the joints. Since then, I haven't had any problems. I would get it checked out- you want to make sure you haven't seriously injured it. I messed up my shoulder really bad in high school sports because I ignored symptoms of an injury. Have your doctor take a look, and switch to an exercise that is more low-impact on the joints. Also, make sure you are stretching really well before and after. Hope this helps!
