I'm getting fat, used to be extreme in exercise

I was in so many sports, like Wrestling and Jujitsu and Boxing, and would train 24/7 so hard. I stopped for about 7 months, and ate about 6 times a day of junk food. I am fat as hell. I can barely run a mile now. What can I do to return to my old ways? I am 22. Am I too old? What's wrong with me?!

You are never too old. It took 7 months to get the way you are now. You can not reverse 7 months in 7 days. Try doing work outs and things that are easier for you now and work your way up to running and other things you are too out of shape for now.
I can't run either but I can do weight machines. I think if I did them enough I could build up to being in shape enough to run.
Change back to healthy eating habits and join a health club.

Everything has to change, that's the best advice ever! Lets start with your eating habits, cut out all junk food, fried foods, sweets, and high sodium snack foods, like chips. Also any presweetened drinks like soda. What you need to do is start eating healthy, smaller portions of fruits, veggies and lean meats, beans and legumes. The portion of the protein is 3 oz. a small amount but it's all you need. Make sure you eat breakfast, like whole grain cereals, oatmeal, or whole grain bread, some fruit or yogurt. Drink lots of water throughout the day. If you want a snack try some cut up fruit, veggies, a handful of seeds or nuts or raisins. Once you get you new meal plan under way, slowly work your way back into some form of exercise. Remember small changes, if that means walking for only 10 minutes one day, fine, just do it, or go for a bike ride, and then evey day or other day go for alittle more. You were quite active, so you know how to do it, try resistance training or weight training, alittle at a time. Don't focus so much on losing alot quickly, focus on getting your diet healthy and working yourself back into to shape, slowly! You will see better and longer lasting results that way.
