| Cut out foods like sugar, high fructose corn syryp, whole flour products, soda, fatty and fast foods for starters. Eat smaller portions, 3 oz. of lean meats, like skinless chicken, turkey breast, fish loin type meats, and add some veggies, and fruit. Drink lots of water. Dairy porducts like low fat, skim milk, yogurt and hard cheese should be included in your diet 3 times a day. It takes exercise, you need to work out the whole body, take a walk or run, jog, bike for 1 hr. a day. Try some resistance training or aerobics, but you have to work the whole body, to tone up as well as watch how much your putting into your body. |
