Unfortunately aashi chhabra, there is no ONE way to reduce here and there. You have to shed the body fat percentage ALL Over your body. This can be done by buring more calories then you are intaking. You should be active in some sort of Cardiovascular activity like running, walking, swimming, biking, jogging, jumping etc.. and you should be staying away from fried foods/ take out and any food content that has a high "Saturated / Trans Fat" rating on it.
If you don't mind my asking, how much do you weigh, what is your height, age and what are your goals?
