| If you have a good diet plan to back up this exercise routine, I would say a month or so. |

Pay to call lovelesspa for advice ($.75/min) | There's alot of factors involved, which you havent given in detail, like what exactly your workout is, are you using the same routine every time you work out, or do you change it around. But normally, you "could" see results in about 6 weeks. |

| don't wish for quick results. Body building takes years to reach serious results. The main things are to keep a solid routine, plenty of rest, a balanced nutrition(most important) and tough workouts. if you keep to these rules you will see obvious results in strength and body mass within a few months. good luck! |

Pay to call lovelesspa for advice ($.75/min) | ok Mikis,I respect your answer, but I believe you talking about extreme results. Chihuahuamomma, you giving answers that please, but it takes work, dedication and alot of sweat...no matter what they eat or their program, theres alot more involoved. 1month or so... is not the answer, it may be what they want to hear, but they need the proper nutrition, as well as the proper program that changes on a regular basis to work all the muscle groups, in order to see the results he or she is looking for! |

| With a proper diet and an exercise routine as decribed the person can see results in one month, I have. See a difference is the results they were looking for...that's all that was mentioned. |

Pay to call lovelesspa for advice ($.75/min) | Still I think your answer is giving results that are or may not be the necessarily the "NORM", if you have be in this field and been educated in these problems, you would understand that every one is different, and everyone has different results. There a alot of diet aids and programs out there and unfortunately no matter what they brag... not every one has the same results. The same goes for exercise programs,..... working out, every "body" is different... and we can't say exactly., what anyones results will be... what they will achieve, unless we know, their weight, height, metabolism. program, how much they are working out. |

Results in what areas? Weight loss? Muscle tone? Definition? Where are you starting from in terms of your structure, weight, where you do carry the weight, etc. Much of this will determine how quickly you will see results and what those results might be. |

| I brush my teeth every day. Several times even. How long until I see noticeable results?
Idiotic question? Sort of...maybe....but it's along the same lines. If you want results, shift your focus away from timetables of any sort and simply realize that your body is a machine and exercise is the motor oil that keeps it running properly.
For the rest of your life. |
