I would like to know whether height increaser( Insole height increaser )work for a man of age 34? does it have any side effect ?

Hi, if you are referring to what I think you are, then this is just something you put into your shoe and you stand on it, making you a little taller.

I don't see how you could have any side effects... maybe they are a little difficult to walk with? :P

If you aren't referring to an in-shoe device, please clarify
