Girl that wants to gain weight

My friend (a girl) wants to gain weight, but lean weight, not fat. Advice?

Get her going on a good exercise regimen and eat a healthy diet. Muscle mass weighs more than fat--she should gain weight while looking and feeling better. Good luck!
