My flabby waist

Hi Im 19 years old and I’ve had this really flabby waist since I was around 11 years and it hasn’t reduced. I’m really worried and don’t know what to do. I’m not exactly fat around any other part of my body- it’s just my belly which is quite flabby and I feel really embarrassed and what scares me is what if I never get rid of it!!!

if its fat u wanna burn dont listen to the other posts. first off sit ups are a y exersice for abs its mainly a hip abbducter move. crunches are ur ab move of choise. but the main thing is anerobic exersices do all for burning fat u cant spot reduct or chose where u burn fat. cardio and a lower fat diet plus weight lifting will do that for you. eat 15 cals per pound u weigh. 1-2 grams of protien and 3 carbs per pound u weigh
