Fitness Ball!

So I just bought the fitness ball and watched the movie and I just started doing the workouts..Do you really think it will help tone up? And if so what are some other good workouts I can do to tone up?? Thanks!

In order for you to tone up, simply work out burning off more calories than you intake. No matter how much you work out if you have layers of fat, you wont see the difference. Cardio and burn off the fat then you'll see your body forming muscles and scultpting out.

A Swiss Ball (fitness ball) is just another tool in the arsenal. It's neither perfect nor useless....it's all about what you do with it.

I bought one for my mom, though, so obviously I feel it must have some value

It's all about the intensity and frequency of your workouts, along with the other aspects of your lifestyle, that will determine the success of your fitness regimen. So if you're doing things "right" on the Swiss ball, then it's effective.

It's just one of the many ways you can exercise and boost your metabolism, and toning up your muscles, I would stick to the exercises they advise, but in addition, something as simple as walking a mile a day or biking, swimming in addition to the ball will be a great help for toning up the entire body.
