Fatty/Muscular Girl Arms. How to get rid of them?

hi i am not that fat at all, but i have a problem- my body tends to keep the fat in my arms, so i heard doing dumbells was good for toning down and slimming them. it kinda worked BUT now they are muscular, instead of slimmer. how do i lengthen them out to a slimmer more firm than flubby arms? plzzz helppp..i cant even wear a tube top becuz it doesnt look good on my body, altho my stomach and everything is toned, its embarassing to show my big arms!

You can't "spot reduce" fat. Your body might just store fat in the arms.

If you want them to look slimmer I would recommend doing more reps with lighter weighter (no more then 10 pounds). The best thing to do is get your triceps "buff" which will make you arm look muscular not fat. Do chair dips and push ups. I swear you will see a difference in a week.
