built too much muscle!?!?!

I am 18 and 9 months ago, I quit smoking, started eating healthier, and started going to the gym. I was doing cardio and weights, but I guess I was using too much weight on my legs and butt because they got bigger instead of smaller!!! How can I get my thighs and hips and butt smaller without starving myself and still stay toned and work out??

If your going to use weights then you want to use light weights with high reps. This way your heart rate goes up and your muscles burn more and instead of them bulking up they will look firm and tone.

y do u think weights would make ur muscles smaller? ya thats what happens when u train ur muscles get bigger. now try higher reps, not because they burn blah blah blah because they do not stimulate as much muscle growth. next cardio 30 -45 mins 5x a week and eat 15 cals per pound u weigh,if the legs and are to big after ur lean then ull have to kill some muscle which id never think of doing but i can tell u how. eat less then 1 gram odf protein per pound u weigh. 13 cals per pound and train with weights every day so u dont let the muscles recover so they cant grow and do cardio fist thing on an empty stomach.over an hour shpuld do it. again id never do it personally i spent wat to much time and effort killing my self in the gym for my 245 pound body. the thought of losing muscle makes me wanna throw up or cry. try the fat burning method first please and only resort to muscle burning if 110 percent neccasary
