| Building musle mass.protein shakes? if not then what? I am a 15 (almost 16) year-old male, weigh 125 lbs and i use to work out only a little bit, but this year and last summer i have started to work out frivolously everyday and am seeing good results. however, i want to gain a lot more muscle and i know it will take many time, but i would like to know if something could help me build muscle mass such as a protein drink. I have done a lot of research on protein drinks but can't seem to decide if it is right for me. I think i get an OK amount of protein but could use more. I AM NOT TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT!! JUST BUILD MUSCLE! There are so many types of protein and amounts of carbs and proteins in shakes and want to know if this is right for me, and if so then what % of carbs, protein, etc... do i need to intake? If this is not right for me then what do you suggest?

ACTIVE: very active
HOW OFTEN WORKOUTS: almost everyday and if i skip a day i make sure to try and not forget or be too busy
