    Bigger butt
    I am a blk woman with small butt can you imagine that lol I have broad shoulder but I was wondering if there is any exercise that can make me more propotion or just a little lift to my butt.

    You have to develop your glutes. Here is one exercise that is good for your butt:

    The Back step lunge glute exercise: Start with you standing with your feet together. Keep your chest out and your abs tight, do not slouch forward. Place your hands on your hips or by your sides if you are not using extra weight. Step backward with your left leg. Bend both your knees until your left knee is nearly touching the floor. Your right shin should remain in a straight line with your ankle perpendicular to the floor. Pull yourself forward using the right leg until you're in the standing position again, squeeze your glutes. Then swap legs and perform the exercise again stepping back with your right leg. Stay tight and watch your balance.

    Besides walking, running, biking and kick boxing, the lunge as described above is one of the greats, along with: Squats, use a chair, stand back facing it,like your going to sit, stand with feet hip width apart and squat (keeping back straight, abs tightened), let your butt lightly touch chair while squeezing butt to stand up. 2-3 sets, 15 reps.

    Both are great. Myself I am the fan for jogging. It does wonders. I really like the post lovelesspa added. It's a nice one to keep in mind.

    Great advice above; lunges and squats are great for developing muscle there. Swimming is great, if you have access to a pool. The one exercise that I have found works best for me is to get in the pool and use one of those foam float boards, Support your upper body on the float by holding it in front of you, and use your legs only to do laps. Watch out for toe and legs cramps at first though! Also jogging, kickboxing like lovelesspa was saying, walking, and riding bike is good for them. I have one of those kickboxing workout videos that focuses on the legs and butt, and it's a killer, but it works great to build muscle there.

    Deadlifts and lowerback extensions are great for lifting your butts profile. Lunges, kickbacks, squats are also good for getting butt bigger. Get your butt in shape

    Yes the squats and lunges do work, but it only do so much for someone who already have a small butt. Don't expect it to be all fat and round. When I say fat I mean fat as in bubbly round. Try butt pills or chicken pills. Here's a site that sells butt pills Star Curves Butt Enlargement Pills |
