Pay to call lovelesspa for advice ($.75/min) | The best way to do this is an over all body exercise program, to tone arms while losing weight thru good nutrition, low fat, low sodium, low sugar, low calorie diet planning and a good exercise program, other than that try, is curls, triceps, kick backs, tricepts pulls, tricepts dips and extensions Beginners should do 1-2 excersises, 1 set of 12-16 reps,, to find out how go to http;//exercise.about.comks/weightliftingil.blsampletricept.htm for additional help. |

| they will strengthen the muscles and make you stronger, they may make your arms a little bigger but if you were to balance diet and the amount of pushups you do i think that you would be able to shape them to the way you want them. |

| Try swimming. And no you wont get manly arms doing that. I have done it for five years now and my arms are toned, not manly. |

| You'd have to do loads of arm exercises to end up looking like a man it's actually quiet difficult for a girl to bulk up so don't worry. - A qualified RAF PT instructor told me that |
