anybody use the technogym system in their local gym. I've been using it for a year now and still havent figured out if its a good thing having all this technology o a bad thing. Sometimes on weight machines the rep counter jumps up so the computer thingsyou've done more than you have but i do lik the teles in the tredmills etc. i can go to the gym now andnot miss a football (soccer for u americans) game that i want to watch. wht do you think?
