am i exercising enough?

i swim mondays for about 2 hours and then have lifeguard training on tuesdays and thursdays for about 3 hours. is that enough to lose 30 pounds in 4 months?...

That is enough to maintain your present weight and not gain anymore weight... if you set out for a weight loss of 20+ pounds, you need to change your caloric intake slightly for the less, ingest less fats and sugars, and give yourself about 8 months with careful diet and exercise to lost the weight.
