My name is Deepa and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. I can see that you have already been provided with one helpful step to upload the adobe flash player. You can try one more step to isolate the issue and that is you can try playing the same video in Internet Explorer on your system which is a default browser. If the video works on IE it might be an issue with the browser itself and if same issue occurred in another browser then it might be an issue with the operating system.
For further help please reply
Thanks and Regards
