Working in AL/Paying taxes in MI

Hi, I just moved to Alabama and got a job for a company down here I use to work for up in Michigan. When they signed me on instead of putting me in the system as a "new hire" they just activated me back in as "rehire" and left my information (saying that I lived MI still). I just found this out and I'm unsure on what I should do. Big mistake on their part...but may even be a bigger one for me. Hope not. Thanks for any advice.
