calculating variances?

Can someone help me calculate the profit variance, revenue variance and cost variance?

Well, I'd start with going to accounting because this isn't finance. This is more advanced cost accounting, which is a specialty area. I can do more basic level cost, but this was stuff I had a hard time learning, and certainly don't remember years later. It's a tough area. But at least moving it to accounting would give you a better chance of getting someone who might be able to help.
